The first order never arrived and when i got touch with the seller the response with immediate and there was an excavation and a replacement was sent out immediately and it arrived at the time I was advised it would arrive. I was told if the first order arrived as well that I should keep it because the error was the seller.. This is great customer service and really mitigated any disappointment with the delayed arrival so I want to make sure that this is noted. The mask is fantastic .works well, really well made and my son enjoys using it. This was very much a great experience especially how a delay was handled and I would recommend purchasing from here.
